Ghosh Designs ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://ghoshdesigns.ca (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form on this Site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message you send us (anything you choose to write about your business)

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not run ad networks. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate with you about your project. That's it.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are sent directly to our business email inbox and stored there. The Site itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. We do not access or use these logs for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 2 years) in case you reach back out. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • Ask what we have on you. Email us and we'll tell you exactly what information we hold.
  • Correct it. If anything's wrong, we'll fix it.
  • Delete it. Ask us to delete your information and we will, within 30 days, unless we're legally required to keep it.

Third-party services

This Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. This service may receive your IP address as part of normal web traffic. It does not receive any information you submit through our contact form.

Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
